Preheat oven to 375°F. Sprinkle hens with salt and pepper; place in oiled roasting pan.
Roast hens 30 minutes. Combine orange juice concentrate, ketchup and honey. Baste hens with glaze. Roast, basting every 10 minutes, 40 minutes longer or until hens are done (internal temp 180°F). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
