Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut polenta into 12 slices (about 1/2-inch thick). Line the bottom of a greased 3-quart rectangular baking dish with polenta slices. Place Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets on polenta.
In a medium bowl combine marinara sauce, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
