Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Cover Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets on a microwave-safe plate and heat at 60% power level for 2 1/2 minutes until they are just room temperature.  Place in an oven safe dish.
  3. Mix pesto and ricotta together.
  4. Drizzle Chicken Breast Fillets with olive oil, layer with pesto mixture, and top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes until cheese has slightly melted.
