Prepare Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets according to package directions. Keep warm.
Heat oil and 1/2 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet to high. Add green onions, lemon juice, parsley and mustard to skillet; cook and stir 15 seconds. Add chicken broth and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over warm chicken and garnish with lemon wedges and springs of fresh parsley.
