Place Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets on a 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the Cajun seasoning. Bake in oven according to package directions.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt butter and cook chopped onion and garlic over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, beans, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
To serve, divide rice among serving plates. Spoon bean mixture over rice; top with chicken. Sprinkle with green onions.
