Red Pepper Pesto Pasta

Sautéed garlic and onion, mixed with Grilled & Ready® chicken in linguine, covered in pesto and cream sauce. Ready in 15 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to directions on the package. Drain and keep warm.
  2. While pasta is cooking, spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion about 5 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Add Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast and cook for additional 3-5 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Add the pesto and heavy cream, cook, stirring 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
  5. Add garlic salt to taste.
  6. Add the linguine, stirring until the pasta is fully coated with sauce.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
