1. Preheat oven to 425 °F. Cover rack of broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cut off wing tips; discard. Cut remaining wing into two parts at joint. Combine ketchup, oil, vinegar, honey, hot sauce and pepper flakes in medium bowl. Dip chicken into mixture, coating well. Place on foil-lined pan.
3. Bake wings, turning once, 35 minutes or until done (internal temp 170 °F) and edges begin to crisp.
