Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.  Place butter in pan and heat in oven for 1-3 minutes until melted. 
  2. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag.  Add chicken and potato wedges and shake to coat.  Place chicken and wedges in pan, turning to coat in butter.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until done (internal temp. 170° F) and potatoes are tender and golden brown.
