Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.  Add chicken and sear for 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. 
  2. Add mushrooms and carrots to the chicken and sauté for 2 minutes. Add snow peas, water chestnuts, uncooked rice and sauté for an additional 2 minutes. 
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and rice wine vinegar.  Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with green onions.
