  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and cook for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add olives, basil and lemon juice to skillet. Cover and cook 8 minutes or until chicken is done (internal temp 180° F).
