Cooking Instructions

  1. Toast onion rolls and sesame seeds.  Spread sesame seeds in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once.  Cool. 
  2. Place Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with teriyaki glaze. Prepare in oven according to package directions. 
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and ginger. Spread mayonnaise mixture onto bottoms of the split roll halves. Top with chicken, pineapple slices, and cheese.
  4. Broil about 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with shredded lettuce. Top with remaining roll halves.
