Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. 
  2. Loosely wrap each ear of corn in foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce, lemon juice and taco seasoning in a small bowl. 
  4. Grill chicken, basting with barbecue sauce mixture and turning occasionally, 40-50 minutes or until done (internal temp. 180° F).
  5. When chicken is about half way done, place corn packets on grill and cook 16-20 minutes or until corn is tender.
