Drizzle chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with Mexican seasoning.
Heat a large skilled to medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken, cook stirring often for 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Using the same skillet, add remaining oil and onions and cook 2-3 minutes or until soft. Add broth, tomatoes, chilies and lime juice to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the chicken to pan and cook 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
