To assemble each quesadilla, start by spreading 2 T. sun-dried tomato spread on tortilla, then layer on half of the tortilla a 1/2 cup chicken, 1/2 tsp. of each oregano, thyme and basil, 1 T. parmesan cheese, 2 T. mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup spinach. Fold tortilla over the filling and place on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Heat for 5-7 minutes or until tortilla is golden brown.
