Whole Wheat Chicken Pizza

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, yeast, sugar, and baking powder.  
  2. Add the lukewarm water to the dough mix with a wooden spoon; knead until dough forms a ball.  Coat the dough with 1 tsp olive oil. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, knead the dough 6 to 7 times. Stretch to fit a small oiled pizza pan.
  3. Spread garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, and ½ of the cheese on the dough.
  4. Place the Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast onto the crust.
  5. Add the tomatoes and scallions. Sprinkle with the basil and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake pizza at 400⁰F for 20 minutes or until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
