Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ("ENTRANT") AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH FORM A CONTRACT. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF ENTRANT AND A LIMITATION OF ENTRANT'S RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Tyson Foods, Inc. (“Sponsor”).  This Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents, excluding residents of the states of New York and Florida, who at the time of entry, have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.  By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any state where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Green Bay Packers Tickets Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 22, 2026, at 8:00 AM Central Time and ends on December 24, 2026, at 8:00 AM Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of nine (9) prize drawings, each occurring 16 days before a Green Bay Packers regular season home game, except for the final regular season home game, which may occur 17 days before the Green Bay Packers final regular season home game if it occurs on January 10th. Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: There are six (6) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Upon completing an entry form for the Sweepstakes through a Method of Entry, or sending an email in accordance with the Alternative Method of Entry as noted below, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”) for the upcoming prize drawing. 

Entrants may only enter to win in each prize drawing once, but may enter for more than one prize drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be no rollover of entries from one prize drawing to the next. The eligible Entrants for each prize drawing shall be those Entrants who have entered during the time period from 8:00 AM CT on the day after the most recent prize drawing until 8:00 PM CT on the date of the next prize drawing.  Prize winners may only win once during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entry Link: Complete the entry form via link directed to https://www.tyson.com/teams/green-bay-packers-ticket-sweepstakes with your name, email address, birthdate, zip code and opt-in to receive communications from Sponsor.

Facebook: Complete the entry form provided in the Tyson® Brand paid advertisement on your Facebook feed at https://www.facebook.com with your name, email address, birthdate, zip code and opt-in to receive communications from Sponsor.

Instagram: Complete the entry form provided in the Tyson® Brand paid advertisement on your Instagram feed at https://www.instagram.com/ with your name, email address, birthdate, zip code and opt-in to receive communications from Sponsor.

QR Code: Complete the entry form upon scanning the QR Code with your name, email address, birthdate, zip code, and opt-in to receive communications from Sponsor.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: If you only desire to receive communications from Sponsor related to this Sweepstakes and/or you do not have a Facebook or Instagram account, you may send an email to: marketing@tyson.com with “Green Bay Packers Tickets Sweepstakes” in the subject line and your true and correct personal information including your: name, email address, birthdate, and zip code in the message. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

PRIZE:

Two (2) Sweepstakes winners, who will be chosen by a random drawing via a computer, for each of the nine (9) prize drawings will receive:

·         Two (2) tickets to a regular season home game for the Green Bay Packers at the discretion of Sponsor based on availability of tickets for each home game.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each prize is $366.00.  The total ARV for all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is $6,588.00.

Prizes do not include travel to or from Green Bay, Wisconsin, parking, ground transportation, meals, concessions, taxes, insurance, personal expenses, other incidental expenses or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) may be issued to each Sweepstakes winner.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemptions or substitutions permitted, except by Sponsor, who may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize, or any portion thereof, of equal or greater value.  Terms and conditions of tickets and venue restrictions apply.  Event date and seats determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to availability.  Neither Sponsor nor the Released Parties are responsible if the event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason and no refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

Prize is awarded AS IS with no guarantee. All warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by the Sweepstakes Entities.

By entering, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules, Sponsor's Global Privacy Notice, site usage terms, and by the decisions made by Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: The potential prize winners will be notified by Sponsor via the email address given at the time of entry. The potential prize winners may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release.  Failure to complete the additional eligibility requirements within five (5) days of receiving notification of being a potential prize winner or return of any prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be randomly chosen from among all remaining Entries. Sponsor will arrange to have the prizes shipped or transferred to the prize winners.

RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants do hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including, without limitation, Green Bay Packers, Inc.), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC (collectively, the “NFL Entities”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. No more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or non-delivered entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.

For the avoidance of doubt, Green Bay Packers, Inc. and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are Released Parties and shall have no liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, any Entry, any prize, or any Entrant’s participation in or attendance at any game.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON FOR EACH PRIZE DRAWING (REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY OR WHETHER MORE THAN ONE (1) PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ACCOUNT). If more than one (1) entry is submitted, only the first entry will be entered into the prize drawing, and all other entries will be disregarded. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Any attempt by any person to submit more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts or any other methods will void that person’s entry and that person will be disqualified. Automated entries (including but not limited to any entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the Sweepstakes via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, may be acting in violation of the terms of the Website or may be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES, SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR SWEEPSTAKES AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT'S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES INTERNET SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE SWEEPSTAKES INTERNET SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by appropriate courts in the State of Delaware; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Global Privacy Notice.
