Boneless, skinless chicken breast with rib meat contains up to 15% water and salt.

Cooking Methods

Fry:

Internal temperature of this chicken needs to reach 170°F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly by checking temperature in several spots. Skillet 1. Preheat a large skillet to medium heat with 2 Tbsp. of oil. 2. Place chicken pieces into skillet in a single layer. Do not overcrowd skillet with chicken pieces. 3. Cook for 6 minutes, using a spatula to flip and break apart chicken pieces. 4. Cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until both has cooked off and internal temperature of largest pieces of chicken reach 170°F. For best results when breading or marinating Tyson® Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.

Air Fry:

Internal temperature of this chicken needs to reach 170°F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly by checking temperature in several spots. Air Fryer 1. Arrange frozen bites in a single layer in fryer basket. 2. Cook at 370°F for 15 minutes until 170°F minimum internal temperature is reached. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170°F. For best results when breading or marinating Tyson® Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.
