Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Frozen Boneless chicken breast are the best ! My family loved the chicken for dinner. I put the frozen chicken over a bed of fire roasted tomatoes and added cheddar cheese on top and put it in the oven. It was delicious, I wish i would have taken a picture, served it over spaghetti with sauce.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from But are they gluten-free? We have used this product for years, and love the convenience. However, our son was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease - a severe condition brought on by gluten. One of the hidden places for gluten in food is "natural flavorings" and "spices" on the ingredient list. So my question - are these chicken breasts and the similar chicken tenders (not breaded) gluten free - or does the natural flavorings contain gluten -- and/or are the packaged in a facility that uses flour or other gluten-containing ingredients? Thank you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why are calories listed as 100 for 4 oz Why do you show calories as 100 for 4 oz, but USDA shows boneless skinless chicken breast is 188 calories for 4 oz? Am I misunderstanding? Also, why does package front say includes chicken broth and salt, but your ingredients list here only says chicken? Tastes great though Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and tasty last minute dinner. I love the frozen chicken breasts. They are so quick and easy and can be made a variety of ways. I usually slow cook them in a pan with some olive oil and whatever seasonings I feel like at the moment. I do have a question, this may not be the place but... When I cook them either in the pan on the stove or inside the oven there is thick, white "stuff" that comes out during cooking. I'm guessing its chicken blood. But what can/should I do with it? It doesn't really "dissolve" or break up enough to make a nice sauce (although I do anyway, with lots of stirring with a fork!). There is nothing wrong with it, it tastes fine, but isn't pretty if you know what I mean! Anyone have this happen? Any suggestions?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tough, feels like your eating raw meat I've been buying the Tyson frozen, boneless, skinless, chicken breast in both the 6.5 LB and 10 LB bags from BJ's wholesale for about 4 years. The last 2 bags I purchased, after cooking the chicken it had this awful texture. I figured it was me trying to cook it on a higher heat then normal, but it happens if I grill, bake, cube and pan fry. It's always coming out tough and chewy. I get grossed out and toss it. After it happening again last night after grilling I've decided I think I should toss this bag and start to buy fresh chicken. Oh and not to mention the 10 LB bag doesn't contain whole chicken breasts anymore. They are chunks of chicken breasts. Each chicken breasts has been cut in half the short way making it impossible to nicely slice and stuff.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Chicken has good flavor but is tough and chewy I bought a large bag of Tyson frozen chicken breasts at Costco a few weeks ago. I cooked the chicken breasts cooked in s skillet on low, in olive oil, and could barely eat it due to the toughness. I shredded it and put it on a salad, and it was still chewy. I’m cooking a couple of breasts in the crockpot today to see if that helps. I’ve been buying Kroger store brand chicken breasts, and they are much more tender. I’ve bought Tyson before and don’t remember them being this tough.
