I put the frozen chicken over a bed of fire roasted tomatoes and added cheddar cheese on top and put it in the oven. It was delicious, I wish i would have taken a picture, served it over spaghetti with sauce.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from But are they gluten-free? We have used this product for years, and love the convenience. However, our son was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease - a severe condition brought on by gluten. One of the hidden places for gluten in food is "natural flavorings" and "spices" on the ingredient list. So my question - are these chicken breasts and the similar chicken tenders (not breaded) gluten free - or does the natural flavorings contain gluten -- and/or are the packaged in a facility that uses flour or other gluten-containing ingredients? Thank you!

Am I misunderstanding? Also, why does package front say includes chicken broth and salt, but your ingredients list here only says chicken? Tastes great though Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and tasty last minute dinner. I love the frozen chicken breasts. They are so quick and easy and can be made a variety of ways. I usually slow cook them in a pan with some olive oil and whatever seasonings I feel like at the moment. I do have a question, this may not be the place but... When I cook them either in the pan on the stove or inside the oven there is thick, white "stuff" that comes out during cooking. I'm guessing its chicken blood. But what can/should I do with it? It doesn't really "dissolve" or break up enough to make a nice sauce (although I do anyway, with lots of stirring with a fork!). There is nothing wrong with it, it tastes fine, but isn't pretty if you know what I mean! Anyone have this happen? Any suggestions?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too tough! I hadn't bought this in a while because of the toughness and high salt content. But, I decided to try them again last week. They are almost too tough to chew! It's sad when you have to tenderize or stew chicken breasts in order to render them edible! Whatever the poultry farmers are doing to chickens nowadays to cause the meat to be so tough needs to change. Chicken is not inexpensive and should be as good a quality as it used to be. I won't be buying these again.
