How To Cook

Bake:

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place frozen breast in foil lined baking pan.
3. Bake 35 to 39 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed breasts 18 to 20 minutes.)

†For best results when breading or marinating Tyson® Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.


Saute:

Stovetop

1. Add 1 tablespoon oil with 2 tablespoons of chicken broth and chicken breast to a cold skillet; cover.
2. Heat skillet to MEDIUM HIGH heat and cook covered 16 to 18 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times, until breasts are lightly browned and internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Cook thawed breasts 10 to 12 minutes.)
