How to Cook

Stove Top
1. Add 1 tablespoon oil with 2 tablespoons of chicken broth and chicken thighs to a cold skillet; cover.
2. Heat skillet to MEDIUM HIGH and cook covered 23 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally until thighs are lightly browned and internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Cook thawed thighs 15 to 17 minutes.)

Conventional Oven 
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Bake frozen thighs 50 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed thighs 40 to 50 minutes.)

ƚ For best results when breading or marinating Tyson® Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding the portion under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.
