How to Cook

Conventional Oven

1.  Preheat oven to 375°F.

2.  Bake frozen tenderloins 30 to 35 minutes, or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed tenderloins 18 to 22 minutes).


Grill

1.  Preheat grill to MEDIUM heat.

2.  Grill frozen tenderloins, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.

**For best results when breading or marinating Tyson Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from chicken Tenders They were horrible that white tough vein in everyone and the white membrane still on. Had to mutilate them to make them edible. Won't buy again. Bought a bag at Walmart Great Value and brand and they were perfect and cheaper. What was suppose to be an easy meal turned into a chore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the same I have to prep these tenderloins now. There is a membrane that is left on each tenderloin and if you don't take it off it cooks up extremely tough. Plus there is a tendon that runs through each one also. It takes more time to prep than it is worth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Cooking from frozen leaves the finished product watery and the vein running through each tenderloin makes what could be a quick meal tedious trying to cut each one out. I've liked other Tyson products in the past and decided to try theses and sadly they aren't worth the money.
