Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, water, soy sauce [water, soybeans, wheat, salt, sodium benzoate (as a preservative)], sugar, contains 2% or less of the following: artificial flavor, distilled vinegar, garlic powder, modified food starch, pineapple juice concentrate, salt, sodium benzoate (added as a preservative), sodium phosphates, soybean oil, spice, xanthan gum.
Conventional Oven - Preferred method
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place frozen thigh fillets on foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
3. Heat 20 to 25 minutes.
1. Arrange frozen thigh fillets on microwave safe plate.
2. Heat, covered with microwave safe wrap, on HIGH:
1 fillet for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes
2 fillets for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes
3 fillets for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes
Do not overheat
3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
