Instant Pot® Creamy Chicken & Noodle Casserole

Go simple and savory with our Tyson® Instant Pot® Creamy Chicken & Noodle Casserole. Ready in only 20 minutes, this meal kit is filled with delicious bites of seasoned chicken breast and wide egg noodles—all topped with a rich, creamy sauce.

How To Cook

BAKE:

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
2. Spray an oven safe 8” x 8” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Pour the noodles evenly into the dish and place the chicken on top of the noodles.
4. Mix the chicken broth seasoning packet with 3 cups of water and pour seasoning solution over noodles and chicken.
5. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
6. After cooking, stir the noodles. Allow to rest 5 minutes then serve.


Pressure Cook:

Instant Pot

(Preferred):
1. Remove chicken from package and place in an Instant Pot®.
2. Pour the noodles over the top of the chicken.
3. Mix the seasoning packet with 2 1/2 cups of water and pour seasoning solution over the noodles.
4. Lock the lid in place and turn pressure release valve to sealing position. Set manual High Pressure Cook setting to High for 20 minutes.
5. Once timer goes off, use Quick Pressure Release to release all pressure before carefully opening lid. Stir, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
Instant Pot® Tip: Sauté chicken first for added flavor. Set to Sauté function and preheat with 1 tsp of cooking oil for 5 minutes. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pot and select cancel. Deglaze the pot by adding 1/4 of the cup of water and, using a spatula, scrape any browned pieces on bottom of pot. Finish cooking the dish according to instructions above.
