Instant Pot® Creamy Stroganoff Beef & Noodle

Mealtime just got deliciously easy with our Tyson® Instant Pot® Creamy Stroganoff Beef & Noodle. This meal kit cooks in only 25 minutes and is filled with flavorful bites of tender beef strips and wide egg noodles—all topped with a luscious, creamy sauce.

How To Cook

Bake:

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat an oven to 350°F.
  • Spray an oven safe 8” x 8” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place beef strips in an even layer in the baking dish. Top evenly with noodles.
  • Pour sauce over the noodle and add 2 1/2 cups of water to the dish.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for
  • 5 hours.
  • After cooking*, stir the mix, allow to rest 5 minutes, salt to taste, and serve.
    *USDA recommends cooking beef to an internal temperature of 145°F and allowing to rest for at least 3 minutes.


    Instant Pot®:

    Preferred Method.
  • Remove beef strips from package and place in an Instant Pot®.
  • Pour noodles over the top of the beef strips. Add 1 1/2 cups of water.
  • Pour sauce over beef and noodles. Stir beef, sauce, and noodles until beef pieces are separated and components are evenly distributed.
  • Lock the lid in place and turn pressure release valve to sealing position. Select Pressure Cook, adjust Pressure Level to High, ensure temperature is set to Normal/Medium, and adjust time to 25 minutes.
  • Once timer goes off, use Quick Pressure Release to release all pressure before carefully opening lid. Stir the mix and let rest for 5 minutes. Instant Pot® Tip for added flavor: salt to taste, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or additional cream then serve.
