Instant Pot® Creamy Stroganoff Beef & Noodle

Mealtime just got deliciously easy with our Tyson® Instant Pot® Creamy Stroganoff Beef & Noodle. This meal kit cooks in only 25 minutes and is filled with flavorful bites of tender beef strips and wide egg noodles—all topped with a luscious, creamy sauce.

How To Cook

BAKE:

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
2. Spray an oven safe 8” x 8” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Place beef strips in an even layer in the baking dish. Top evenly with noodles.
4. Pour sauce over the noodle and add 2 1/2 cups of water to the dish.
5. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
6. After cooking*, stir the mix, allow to rest 5 minutes, salt to taste, and serve.
*USDA recommends cooking beef to an internal temperature of 145°F and allowing to rest for at least 3 minutes.


Pressure Cook:

Instant Pot

(Preferred):
1. Remove beef strips from package and place in an Instant Pot®.
2. Pour noodles over the top of the beef strips. Add 1 1/2 cups of water.
3. Pour sauce over beef and noodles. Stir beef, sauce, and noodles until beef pieces are separated and components are evenly distributed.
4. Lock the lid in place and turn pressure release valve to sealing position. Set manual High Pressure Cook setting to High for 25 minutes.
5. Once timer goes off, use Quick Pressure Release to release all pressure before carefully opening lid. Stir the mix and let rest for 5 minutes. Instant Pot® Tip for added flavor: salt to taste, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or additional cream then serve.
