GRILL SAUSAGE COVERED FOR 15-20 MINUTES, TURNING FREQUENTLY FOR EVEN BROWNING UNTIL SAUSAGE IS THOROUGHLY COOKED. STOVE TOP: BRING 1 CUP WATER TO BOIL IN A LARGE SKILLET. CAREFULLY ADD SAUSAGE; COVER. REDUCE HEAT; SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES. DRAIN WATER AND BROWN SAUSAGE FOR 3-5 MINUTES, TURNING FREQUENTLY UNTIL SAUSAGE IS THOROUGHLY COOKED. COOK TO A MINIMUM OF 165 F INTERNAL TEMPERATURE. COLOR IS NOT AN ACCURATE INDICATOR OF FINAL COOKED TEMPERATURE.
