How To Cook



1. Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat.
2. Remove pork strips from package, place in skillet.
3. Turn pieces frequently allowing to them to brown.
Cook approximately 12-15 minutes until pieces reach a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
4. Remove pieces from pan using a cooking utensil and place on a plate. Allow them to rest for 2-3 minutes.
* Use a calibrated meat thermometer to ensure pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, for 3 minutes.
