Beef Sirloin seasoned with cracked black pepper and garlic, Contains up to 10% of a solution of Water, and Salt. RUBBED WITH: Smoked Sugar (Water, Natural Hardwood Smoked Sugar), Vinegar, Seasoning (Spices, Dried Garlic, Dried Parsley).

How to Cook

Grilling

  1. Spray grill with non-stick cooking oil and preheat grill on a MEDIUM setting.
  2. Remove steak tips from the package and place on grill.
  3. Cook steak tips turning occassionally to avoid charring*
  4. Remove steak tips from the grill and place on a plate.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes prior to serving. Handle carefully when serving.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove steak tips from the package and place in oven safe dish lined with aluminum foil.
  3. Cook for approximately 30-45 minutes*
  4. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes prior to serving. Handle carefully when serving.

 

*Use a meat thermometer to ensure beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F for 3 minutes.  Cooking times are approximate. Appliances will vary.
