How To Cook
Bake:
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Remove chicken breast from the package and place in oven safe dish lined with aluminum foil. 3. Cook for approximately 40-45 minutes*. 4. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes prior to serving. Handle carefully when serving. *Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 170°F, for 3 minutes. Grill
1. Spray grill with non-stick cooking oil and preheat grill on a LOW setting. 2. Remove chicken breast from the package and place on grill. 3. Cook chicken breast turning occasionally to avoid charring*. 4. Remove chicken breast from the grill and place on a plate. 5. Let stand for 5 minutes prior to serving.
