PREFERRED METHOD

Prepare a nonstick skillet with 1 tablespoon of water and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Place chicken pieces in the skillet and cook over medium high heat. Cook the chicken pieces for 4 to 6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes for even browning.

Microwave:

 

Place chicken pieces on a microwave safe plate and cover. Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until warm. Do not overheat.

Place chicken pieces in a single layer on rack. Set air fryer to 350°F, heat for 7 to 9 minutes.
