How To Cook

Bake:

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and nonstick cooking spray.
3. Place chicken strips on the pan and heat for 8 - 9 minutes.

Microwave:

Microwave

1. Place chicken strips on a microwave safe plate and cover.
2. Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until warm.

Fry:

Skillet

(Preferred)
1. Prepare a nonstick skillet with 1 tablespoon of water and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.
2. Place the chicken strips in the skillet and cook over medium high heat.
3. Cook the chicken strips for 4 - 6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes for even browning.
