Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoon oregano

  • 2 teaspoon thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash hands. Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Rub over all surfaces of roast. Place roast in shallow pan. Wash hands.
  • Bake roast about 1 hour or until done (internal temp 155°F). Remove from oven; let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
