4 Boneless Loin Thick Pork Chops about 1 1/4-inches thick
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons cumin, ground
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
Cooking Instructions
Place chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove chops from marinade; discard leftover marinade. Grill chops, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
