Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Loin Thick Pork Chops about 1 1/4-inches thick

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 clove garlic, crushed

  • 2 teaspoon cumin, ground

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

Cooking Instructions

  • Place chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove chops from marinade; discard leftover marinade. Grill chops, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
