Ingredients

  • 1 (9-ounce) package Simply Roasted Chicken Breast Chunks

  • 4 cups rotini pasta, dried

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 3/4 cup garlic Parmesan croutons

  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup low fat Caesar dressing

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
  • In a very large bowl combine cooked pasta, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and cheese. Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly to coat.
  • To serve, divide salad among serving plates. Top with Simply Roasted Chicken Breast Chunks.
