1 (9-ounce) package Simply Roasted Chicken Breast Chunks
4 cups rotini pasta, dried
3 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup garlic Parmesan croutons
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup low fat Caesar dressing
Cooking Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
- In a very large bowl combine cooked pasta, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and cheese. Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly to coat.
