1 tablespoon light olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh basil
1 package spring mix, washed
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 grape tomatoes
5 ounce mozzarella cheese
3 ounce black olives, whole
3 ounce green olives, whole
1 ounce whole almonds, toasted
1 ounce pistachio nuts, toasted
- Combine Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast with olive oil, parsley and basil; set aside.
- To assemble: Arrange spring mix on each plate. Top with red onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and nuts. Top with 3-oz. marinated diced chicken.
- Serve with side of dressing of your choice.
