1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
8 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn
1/2 cup red onion, thin sliced and cut in half
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 cup seasoned croutons
- Place chicken in medium glass bowl. Pour dressing over chicken; toss to coat. Set aside.
