Ingredients
12 ounces Crispy Chicken Strips
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 slices whole wheat bread
8 slices cheddar cheese, deli slices
1/2 cup pear, canned, rough chopped
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare Crispy Strips according to package directions.
- Spread 1/2 T. mayonnaise on each slice of bread. On 4 slices of bread, top mayonnaise with a slice of cheddar cheese, Crispy Chicken Strips, chopped pears, another slice of cheddar cheese and top with remaining slice of bread.
- Lightly spray grill with pan spray, place sandwich on grill, close cover and cook for 3 minutes or until sandwiches are golden and cheese is melted. If you do not have a grill with a cover, flip sandwiches for additional 3 minutes, and apply pressure to sandwich to condense.
