2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 cup Colby cheese, shredded
8 medium flour tortillas, warmed
1 cup salsa
- Preheat grill to medium. Sprinkle steaks with lime juice.
- Grill steaks, uncovered and turning occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness (internal temp 145°F to 155°F).
- Slice steaks thinly and top with cheese. Serve in tortillas with salsa.
