Ingredients

  • 4 , cut 3/4-inch thick (about 2-lb.)

  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 cup Colby cheese, shredded

  • 8 medium flour tortillas, warmed

  • 1 cup salsa

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium. Sprinkle steaks with lime juice.
  • Grill steaks, uncovered and turning occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness (internal temp 145°F to 155°F).
  • Slice steaks thinly and top with cheese. Serve in tortillas with salsa.
