Ingredients

  • 3 ounce Fully Cooked Refrigerated Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast, diced

  • 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded

  • 2 tablespoon red onions, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoon roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Kalamata olives, roughly chopped

  • 1 tablespoon light vinaigrette dressing

  • 2 taco shells, Use flat-bottomed corn shells, if available

  • 2 dash dried oregano

  • 2 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled

Cooking Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix lettuce, onion, red pepper, olives and vinaigrette.
  • Divide chilled Grilled & Ready Diced Chicken Breast between taco shells and sprinkle with oregano.
  • Top with lettuce mixture followed by feta cheese.
