3 ounce Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast (Refrigerated), diced
1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
2 tablespoon red onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoon roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon Kalamata olives, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon light vinaigrette dressing
2 taco shells, Use flat-bottomed corn shells, if available
2 dash dried oregano
2 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
- In a medium bowl, mix lettuce, onion, red pepper, olives and vinaigrette.
- Divide chilled Grilled & Ready Diced Chicken Breast between taco shells and sprinkle with oregano.
- Top with lettuce mixture followed by feta cheese.
