Ingredients

  • 4 , cut 1-inch thick, about 1-lb.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove steaks from marinade; discard leftover marinade.
  3. Grill steaks, turning once, 7 minutes per side or until done (internal temp 155°F).
