Ingredients

  • 4 , cut 1-inch thick, about 1-lb.

  • 2 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoon onions, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove steaks from marinade; discard leftover marinade.
  • Grill steaks, turning once, 7 minutes per side or until done (internal temp 155°F).
