Cooking Instructions

  • Cut and wash half a head each of romaine and iceberg lettuce
  • Core apple and cut into matchsticks
  • Warm a medium skillet and add enough olive oil to lightly cover bottom of pan
  • Add 2 cups chicken, cover and cook until warm, about 5 to 8 minutes
  • Toss lettuces in a bowl with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
  • Place salad in bowl and top with warm chicken, apples, feta cheese and sunflower kernels
