Ingredients
16 ounce orzo pasta
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes marinated in olive oil, diced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, halved
1/3 cup fresh basil
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Cook orzo pasta according to package directions.
- While orzo is cooking, combine chicken, sun dried tomatoes, olives, basil, lemon juice, olive oil and Parmesan cheese in bowl. Drain orzo and add to other ingredients.
- Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
