Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Fully Cooked Frozen Grilled Chicken Breast Strips

  • 16 ounce orzo pasta

  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes marinated in olive oil, diced

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, halved

  • 1/3 cup fresh basil

  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook orzo pasta according to package directions.
  • While orzo is cooking, combine chicken, sun dried tomatoes, olives, basil, lemon juice, olive oil and Parmesan cheese in bowl.  Drain orzo and add to other ingredients.
  • Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
