  • 1/2 pound , trimmed, cut 1/8- to 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, fresh and sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Kaiser rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add onion, jalape├▒o pepper and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove.
  2. Heat same skillet over medium-high. Place steaks in skillet; cook 1 to 2 minutes, turning once. (Do not overcook.) Season with salt to taste.
  3. Serve steaks in rolls with onion mixture and tomato.
