4 tablespoon peach preserves
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over pork; toss to coat evenly.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook pork until lightly browned. Stir in salsa and preserves; bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
