Ingredients

  • 1 , about 4-lb., or two 2-lb. roasts

  • 6 tablespoon pepper blend seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub all surfaces of roast with seasoned pepper. Place in shallow roasting pan.
  • Roast 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing (temperature will continue to rise an additional 5 to 10 degrees).
