Ingredients

  • 1 whole , 1-lb.

  • 2 teaspoon lemon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix seasonings in small bowl. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over tenderloin. Place in shallow roasting pan.
  • Roast tenderloin 15 to 20 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
