9 ounces bag Simply Roasted Parmesan Herb Chicken Breast Strips
1 cup instant rice, uncooked
3/4 cup low fat Caesar dressing
8 flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup croutons
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Prepare chicken according to package directions. Add chicken to cooked rice and mix with salad dressing.
- Fill each tortilla with warm chicken and rice mixture; top with lettuce, tomatoes and croutons. Fold up bottom of tortilla, then side in. Roll tightly to enclose filling.
