9 ounces bag Simply Roasted Parmesan Herb Chicken Breast Strips
1 cup low fat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 prebaked pizza crust, 10-12 inches
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 package frozen spinach, 10-oz., thawed and squeezed dry
2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, marinated in olive oil; drained
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Combine ricotta and mozzarella; spread on prebaked pizza crust and sprinkle with Italian seasonings. Spread spinach over cheese mixture; add chicken and tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake pizza 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
